Pixel phone de-google is what I've been running for years. Using Amethyst & Strike installed from Aurora Store. I have ZapStore also, so a few other apps installed that way. #learnOPENtech #LOT
If you go Android the Google Pixel is the way to go.
Pixel + Graphene
Redmagic are the best right now
Everyone else recommended Pixels that are so obsessed with killing the customer, they even use plastic exteriors
Thanks! The hardest thing with my setup is not having google maps. It just means I have to get close to my location and double check the open source maps. I'm OK with that so I don't have ads all over my phone because of where I am. OSMAnd and OrganicMaps . but you can use MicroG services also if you need more control or just need Google Play Services.
Oh and I normally just buy referbbed which has worked for me thus far! I don't remember when I bought a new one, 8+ years ago? Or more.
Refurb makes sense.
Looks like a hell of a phone. Never heard of them before. Thanks
