#Asknostr I am wanting to do a multi-day fluid fast over winter break.
I have the power to fight the hunger off and endure the headaches... but I hear the sleep disruptions are brutal. Any advice from fasters?

Find something to keep your mind busy during a fast. Like reading a book or going for a walk or journal etc.
It’s the boredom that causes problem for me when I do a fast.
