Login to your iCloud and you may find it. They keep deleted files for 30 days last I checked

GOT IT BACK!
Literally just went to the actual .md file itself instead of messing with icloud or Obsidian, and Mac Versions still had an edit history of a few days. Got all the links back 💜💜
