I think we are renting it from the government here in America. Most people are renting it from banks, if you have a mortgage (pay till you die) But the USA 🇺🇸 has imminent domain which says they can pay you what they think it’s worth if they want to build a road. Never seen a U-Haul behind a Hearse. Certainly pros to renting.
