Not a movement professional… but I want the best of the best to get this material because so many ignore it. In the Next Level Neuro mentorship for the 4th time(year). Q1 is understanding the nervous system 401… a 4th year course covering the collective experience of Exercise & Sports Science into a foundational curriculum. That’s how I would describe it from outside the industry of prior experience. Made up description if you’re not picking up on my background… attempting to make this relevant to the movement pros. #Fitnessstr #Healthstr Because movement pros get such amazing results using the basics; they often don’t even seem to care about applied neurology when someone like me holds a peer to peer conversation. They tune out like they know everything in whatever topic tripped my trigger to instigate the conversation… Sure their business is fine because they’re great with 80%… they don’t have to get caught up with those who quit working with them. Or figure out why you/their client can’t get the results to stick. Movement pros fail to help the 20% because by and large this first quarter material, as well as they know it… it’s the foundation for recognizing how to approach that individual’s higher level systems. And most importantly to this Q material… approaching the individual from a brain clarity of sensory and movement And it’s crazy cool to see the movement pros in the mentorship connect the sequences of the basics to help their existing clients who plateau, find the ability to take their fitness to a next level… Neuro training is more than just helpful for rethinking how pain is approached. It’s performance and flow… If you lack health in a particular area of your life, your nervous system matters and the professional you work with has to have a full applied neurology perspective. What’s your frustration that your health professional is failing to help you with? #AskNostr
