Great video. Though I think the big problem is centralized social media platforms, because they control the algorithm. These platforms are incentivized to make the algorithm as addictive as possible, which is why people spend hours and hours a day on TikTok. #socialmedia

I don’t think social media is necessarily bad. Unfortunately, centralized platforms flood people’s timelines with brain-rot and other harmful content, like violent videos. I hear from people I know that Instagram Reels will often show videos of people getting hurt.
