But for me itβs not really the deciding factor in how I look at these systems.
With Bitcoin, Nostr, Pubkyβ¦ I donβt see it as a simple centralized vs decentralized label. Even without a CEO, there are still influence layers, incentives, and real-world dependencies that shape how things evolve.
So I try to look more at structure and user experience rather than just the governance labelβ¦
And from that angle, I personally find Pubky feels more organized and smoother for social use cases, while Nostr feels more open but also more fragmented.
Not saying one is right or wrong⦠just how I currently see the trade-offs.

Agreed, NOSTR is for anyone, but not for everyone.
You can just simply say its not for those who dont want to operate their own relays. π₯³
Nostr use cases are a subset of Pubky use cases.
