40HPW was coined by the guys at bitcoin bugle. Encouraging serious people to have at least 40 hours per week of podcasting(mainly listening) under their belt to be deemed serious about bitcoin. imho, it all started as memetics, but with fountain being a nostr client now, it makes so much sense, given that nostr's where the highest and purest signal is @ when it comes to bitcoin.
