The main problem with this (in my experience) is traffic noise. But otherwise, yes

Hey Will, is there a way to have a folder or something like that where a user can place all their favorite follows in one place to easily go to?

Cool. I think that will be a widely used feature. I am always trying to remember who I like the most and having to remember and then search their handle using the search button.
