On the code, but basically anyone that repeats the exact same post 5+ times in a short amount of time gets labeled as spammer. It gets rid of most of the dumb promotions and some of the airdrops scams.

It's super simple but quite effective. It doesn't solve everything but it gets most of the basic stuff out.
