No action or inaction, causing no harm to oneself or others, should ever be punishable. We are not children. If we don't comply, it does not mean we are disobeying, just not in agreement. The government is not my parents. Their only power over me is the very thing they ask us not to do, violence against my body and/or store of energy which, ironically enough, helped build their empire.
