Just hit the gym for a 45 minute workout for the first time in few months. It’s my cringe New Year’s resolution to gain 10 lbs of muscle mass this year. Now just to eat 3000 calories and lots of protein 🍽️

Bulking is never fun. Then having to cut as well in several months is even worse. Just hope I don’t get fat like the last time I tried to put on muscle 😂

I enjoy working out it’s the after effects like fatigue and painful muscle aches.
Actually, I do hate leg day. That’s painful for days after 😂
