It is the beginning of December. We have had days with rain, days with cold wind and frost, and I have no eczema, no dry skin, and no painful, bleeding cracks on my hands. I no longer use prescription steroid cream—only tallow balm if I feel like I need a bit of moisture every now and then. And it has been this way for the last two years since I started carnivore.
