Apparently it's possible, as the Finma illegally asked to follow certain rules while they have no authority to ask that and enforce it. If you really want to, you could fight for 1000CHF per transaction and 5000CHF per day. And even without fighting, others can still offer 1000CHF per day, so why not you?
