What does that even mean?! If you aren't protecting your home against break ins already, then criminals could already do this. If you catch them, is it then illegal? Because it ain't secretly anymore. 😄 Do the police have the responsibility to re-secure your place? Are police going to be wasting time investigating break ins that happen to be "legal"?
