* not sure where to get notified about updates (no apk on github, fdroud zapstore etc.) * scrolling/gestures feel too unresponsive for single hand usages, I often have to do gestures like swiping twice. should be more sensitive imo. * no video playback

i like that there are no likes, plain reposts and follower counts. makes the experience more thoughtful.

Use Obtainium. Once you add the URL, it Ob' regularly pings and updates where necessary.

Does it work with the damus website? Last time I checked the apk was not yet released on github.
