Right now, if you want to receive over keysend, just go to Settings - Node info and copy your nodeID. Go to other node and use that nodeID to send to. I proposed to Zeus devs to add a nice button in the "receive" screen for the keysend too.

why do we struggle with addresses and bolt12 and stuff when keysend works? I'm clearly missing something basic right?

And AMP too. I used a lot AMP. Yes is limited to set amount, but that is not a real problem.
