Yeah, in your case it's easier to create all the nip-52 events with your own pubkey, and see where it goes adoption-wise.
After this, the delegation thing will be difficult, because if you delegate a meetup to an external pubkey, you need to
- have a UI for them to create those events (flockstr?)
- need to implement fetching the nostr events to display those on the einundzwanzig homepage
