I dont trust either to be honest.
I think if we want any vaguely private solution, we will have to make it from scratch.

I think there are already many very good options.
Telegram just is not one of them.
What problem do you see with @SimpleX Chat?
Robosats has a group and it works fine, imo, but I don't know if there are any security and/or privacy issues?
