I used to work at a place where we wrote our own performance reviews and managers signed off em. A few years before I left that job I started copy-pasting the prior years review. Worked just as well. Annual performance reviews are useless and a red flag.

Wholeheartedly agree. My lungs are black with soot from the fiat mines. It’s not a forever thing, but good for the moment.
