First feed of beet tops. My fave. Sautéed in butter with a bit of garlic salt and pepper, they are a tasty source of iron. #gardenstr

Nice, I'll have to try that sometime.
Not super appetizing to look at, but really good! It’s like spinach with that earthiness you get from beets.
Kinda looks like chard, which I enjoy. Good stuff :)
