Yeh if I remember correctly once you get passed the two week point it gets easier.
But man I feel like an old man today haha. Will push through it.

Whatever you did yesterday - squats, push ups, etc - do those again at the start of today’s workout
In very light reps.
With a ton of water.
But yes you’ll get it back fast.

The best workout is the one you contemplate skipping. Once you hit that point and proceed, then it will be true smooth sailing. Mind over matter.
