Led my first mobility class at jiujitsu and everyone loved it! I'm no fitness trainer or professional. Just a guy who's found helpful exercises from years of experimenting and bulletproofing my body (ATG has been a huge help here). Focusing on mobility and strength in long ranges has helped me unlock a lot of cool skills. And I'm sure it's prevented quite a few injuries. IMO every jiujitsu and wrestling gym should dedicate a weekly session to mobility. I was asked to start putting mobility routines on youtube so what we're doing in the room is heading there soon.
