I guess it’s also a question of the threat model. If it’s preventing the grocery store clerk or my client not seeing my utxos it’s fine. But a nation state adversary might still be able track me. Or to quote James Mickens ( https://www.usenix.org/system/files/1401_08-12_mickens.pdf ):
