The Bible is a historical artifact. Those were the rules of the time. Just like for centuries hebrews were slaves themselves. That’s why on chapter 31:18, 32 and 34 it’s all about the real Law. Today there are people who thinks pets as real human beings, transgender you can switch gender, are real and the moral thing to do/be, the Bible states what happened back then.
