It's time to rethink the spiritual system you believe in
There is a new phenomenon happening where people are turning to AI for spiritual guidance. This is no good. I would compare this to anyone choosing a religion and doctrine, which is also no good.
For as long as there has been religion, there has been an idea that connection to God happens outside of your body. This idea creates rituals, systems, buildings and magic underwear to help you be aligned with God. In modern times, there are people using a new system that has compressed all spiritual data into a chatbot. This is no different than what has come before it. So therefore, from my perspective, if all religious understanding can be compressed into one AI model, then what you believe in might not be "true".
I believe in Truth, I believe that there is a universal way to connecting with God, this happens within our body. The teachings of Jesus and Buddha overlap with this:
Jesus: Emphasized the Kingdom of God as an internal reality, saying, “The Kingdom of God is within you” (Luke 17:21). This suggests that divine connection is found through inner reflection and spiritual awareness rather than external rituals alone.
Buddha: Taught that enlightenment (nirvana) is realized within through self-awareness and mindfulness, as the true nature of the self (or no-self, anatta) is discovered through meditation and insight into one’s own mind and body.
Jesus: Encouraged self-examination and repentance, urging followers to turn inward to align their will with God’s, as in “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand” (Matthew 4:17).
Buddha: Promoted introspection through meditation practices, such as vipassana (insight meditation), to understand the impermanent nature of the self and connect with the universal truth.
AI does not encourage this type of inward awareness, nor does christianity or any world religion. What has been taught by these spiritual masters has been diluted through ego and methods of control. In episode 167 of my podcast I shared clips of people discussing this interaction with AI, and it is clear that the model wants more people to use the system to help them understand their place in space. But the way that these models work is to give you more of what you are looking for, like a techno-confirmation-bias. So its not really true.
When you choose to go within, you have no choice but to see the truth. It is humbling and freeing. It is a narrow path that only you can navigate. Putting trust in an external system does not help with this. If AI can compress all of your religious understanding into one chatbot, then what you believe in is not authentic to what past spiritual masters have taught.
You must refine what you believe in, you must go within. God is within you!!!
