Every stablecoin freeze is a CBDC beta test. The infrastructure is deployed, tested, normalized. We just call it USDC. Same kill switch, better branding.

It is against my spiritual principles to be too angry with crypto people that called for mainstreaming. That is selling the promise of crypto as sovereign private value exchange without asking anyone's permission or giving them a cut. Now it is being taken over by Blackrock, banksters and government - the very people it was meant to be an escape from. If this is winning I want no part of it.
