Content discovery is a bit lacking, which has it's positives and negatives. I don't do it all of the time, but if it's a good note and I feel it needs more eyeballs, I'll do it. Most clients don't have ways to bring content forward since we don't have feed algorithms for the most part. We have to do the work.
