Where should we live? Where should our kids grow up? What is the optimal location? Will bitcoiners become nomads again? In the next decade I would love to see bitcoiners create a cooperation that owns vasts amount of real estate at optimal locations across the globe. The ownership is in the form of shares freely tradeable. Every x blocks you receive points that you can use for booking your stay at different locations across the globe. A concept like this has been in existence for many decades and I’ve personally used it a lot. Bitcoiners should start a similar corporation so we can live anywhere across the world, owning the real estate with low time preference, while sharing the ownership for optimized maintenance, build, tax and many other purposes. This concept already exists since 1963 and I believe bitcoiners can improve upon it and build the best locations for bitcoiners through a similar setup. For more info about how this works check:
