I don't think a single person who understands money would want to replace USA dollars with Bitcoin if they were put in the position to make that choice.
The USA government does not control Bitcoin.
It would be an economic suicide, all american manufacturing would shut overnight.
You'd see the total collapse of your economy overnight.
