I went full carnivore for a few months. I must say I felt great, clear-minded, focused and even started lifting heavier at the gym. However it became unsustainable to eat the same thing every single day. Now I follow an animal-based diet, which means I do eat animal proteins every meal, but I allow myself to eat fruits, dairy and whatever doesn’t irritate my bowels.

I’m in the same boat. I’m down to ~70% animal based products. Feeling good and can fit in with social situations better.
I’d still like to kick it up to 90% or so ideally but I’m not worried about it as long as my other calories are beyond organic.
