Yes it's personalized, but still, searching for "nostr", no profile has "nostr" in the name.
I am pretty sure hazard follows Nostriga, or the Nostr report, or Nostr Band, or nostr build.

Yes, you are right. The search functionality still needs some tuning to give better results. These accounts appear if you increment the limit of the filter, but you are right, they should appear at the top. Just need to tweak some knobs, and should be better
