He's used to carbs (really not pure carnivore, rather an alcoh..wine enthusiast๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ˜†). He manages spikes and urges quite well since he's on a diet about 4 years now, but developed high sensitivity to anything crappy. Lately it's namely storebought pastry that makes him sick. I'm not sure whether it's seed oils or preservatives or flour itself as it's in the video, but the reaction to my homemade stuff containing just ghee or butter (or even loads of sugar) is much better. Basically it's just withdrawal from sugar, after something from the shop he's acting more like poisoned.
