maybe it's all the lists
For 1.04 users, now the "All Follows" filter up top has two new options:
- All Users, to remove hashtag and community follows
- Default follow list, to use just your main follow list and not any of the other lists.

The npub I saw was a post without any hashtags. On their profile it said 'Follow' (vs. 'Unfollow'), and on my 'All Follows' list their pfp had the 'following' indicator...
