That's what happens when you ask Gemini to make apps, the intent was note updates to the same note then stop, sorta like an animation test, it said that's what it had implemented. I've seen people do this before. Then I ran it and it published a bunch of notes , like 20 a second, and did not stop till I clicked closed the app.
