Fountain which you can login with Nostr profile and I use it to support other podcasters and see boosts. But I prefer Podcast Guru as a podcast player which also supports sending sats.

Ah great! You can use OBS to record yourself with camera and your screen and through that you can even stream live with a Nostr app like @zap.stream
