This is theft. No matter how you look at it. This makes everything every artist has ever made free. If a library of books was stolen like this there would be lawsuits. I expect Spotify will sue over this, not that I support them or this activity. But I don't know what good will come out of lawsuits by a company only interested in self-preservation. What we need is an instant, global, frictionless way for fans to support art directly.
