Is "enticing human incentives" an excuse to rob people, like taxes or subsides? If so, no.
It has to be voluntary. Otherwise it's another name for communism.

No, more like bitcoin and how it incentivizes people to protect it once they are part of it instead of breaking it in their favor. Like the potential 51% attack through hashrate/mining. Miners are incentivized to protect it because of the gains they are making.
