Showed up at a market at a tiny town in Portugal and hadn’t yet gotten any cash. Their card machine didn’t work. Luckily the owners brother had a crypto trading account that still accepted deposits. Hopefully he actually got my €10. Was too much language barrier to explain the benefits of self custody.

To be clear it was 0.0001 BTC. He didn’t know what a SAT was so had to change my wallet’s base system back to BTC to put him at ease. Showed it confirmed on the mempool but it still wasn’t displayed on his UI. The shitcoin mania has its grips on many plebs still. He would have been better off just stacking Sats but didn’t know better. Work left to be done.
