Cortez, include me in the weekly #Artstr club mang, otherwise I miss it! Sharing my maze art “SAT 13”. This one has grown on me a lot. Struggled a lot making this shape (planning for maze openings) without any ruler, shape aid, or pencil guidelines… Lots of “memento mori” type symbology in this one - the hour glass shape, Death as 13 in tarot, Arsenic’s alchemical symbol, suggestions of flowers in bloom. Meant as a celebration of life and transformation - and the maximization of both, rather than anything like fear of death
