Yes, you did it right. You can disable them or delete them.
Then go to the menu: "mein server", activate, paste yours and connect to your own server and also activate the SOCKS Proxy.

Yes i ended noticing it was just a warning about chat relays (which I read is a new thing for large groups) and the xftp servers too.
Managed to set up a smp and xftp server and indeed is working great, thanks!
My only question is, can I configure different servers for different profiles? 🤔
Didn't try it but i think, if you add more servers, you can then choose which server you prefer to use to every contact.
