Monero decoupled from Bitcoin during the ICO craze of 2017 like everything did.
after things returned to normal it resumed tracking BTC, like everything did.
since the delistings of the last few years #Monero has decoupled from #Bitcoin price more and more, organically this time.
The more time that passes the more it looks as if Monero price and adoption have their own behaviors.
Monero has been decoupled from Bitcoin for a decade. It’s lost 70% of its purchasing power prices in Sats during that time, very decoupled. Excellent 👍
