Yo @Lyn Alden did you end up watching Blue Eyed Samurai? I will emphatically second the opinion of the pleb that you mentioned to Walker recently: It’s a downright fucking AMAZING show. The characters develop creatively, the animation is unlike any I’ve seen before, and the martial arts content is absolutely sick. From the limited amount that I know about you, from podcasts/writings/Nostr, I feel confident when I say you will definitely dig it. Lyn, this made my day! Well-written review and the tie-in to Nostr’s value around recommendations from one’s social graph is insightful. My brain tends to find a connection to Nostr in nearly everything these days, as has long been the case with Bitcoin. There’s something about these two protocols that inspire continual associations with (seemingly) unrelated day-to-day topics; I know I’m far from being the only one for whom this is true. I’d argue that means we’re on to something here… Kudos for the nostr-exclusive/notr-first content 🤝
