I don't know what kind of docs you have but most of them are completely wrong about cancer. The standard explanation is that cancer is caused by DNA damage and mutations. But that's clearly wrong, as many experiments have shown. For example the activity of a cancer cell is not transmitted with its nucleus, where the DNA is, but instead associates with the cytoplasm (the rest of the cell). It seems likely that cancer is primarily a metabolic disease (caused by damage to the mitochondria, the energy generators of the cell, which reside in the nucleus). As such, metabolic treatments such as ketogenic diets make much more sense than treatments based on the wrong assumption that DNA damage is at the root of the problem.
