I think it retains an old cache of each profile. If you leave it sitting on the page long enough it eventually drags them all down, but I find Iris is only good for real time posting tbh.

If I only had to use one I would probably use coracle.social but snort has its advantages. Some people like primal.net as well but everyone is different. If you're using amethyst on mobile everything is going to feel like a huge downgrade on desktop unfortunately.

idk primal is p good. big bonus u can share with friends and theydonyt need different clients between phone and desktop
