I rarely get hate on my social media.
But when I do I typically look at the profiles posting it and it always makes sense.
It’s clear they aren’t currently building their health,
They clearly aren’t building their families,
And the clearly aren’t building their mental/relational health.
I’ve been there.
It’s actually pretty easy to hate on people building their life when you are not. But when you flip the switch and start building… you begin to encourage everyone else doing the same.
Building is the key. 🔐
