Id try this ... put it in a bag of dry uncooked rice. Keep it powered off. Good luck.

Place it over your router a couple of days to make sure that it's totally dry and try again. If the malfunction persists, which is the most likely scenario, you can order an a13 display from aliexpress (get it "with frame" ) for under 10 bucks and have fun replacing it.

Rice helps if it's dipped immediately after a swim. Not gonna help if the components were exposed to water for hours.
