I cook it in the air fryer, both steak and jalapenos exactly like this for about 12 minutes. I like the semi cooked jalapenos slices with each bite, kind of like chips to me, little added texture and heat. I may have overdid it in this picture because this is two jalapenos, my mouth was on fire and my eyes were watery. It makes the drippings spicy.
