What kind of physical activity would you recommend from experience? Gym/Sports possible?

Si, cualquier actividad física, igual en ayuno de 72hs lo recomendable es no hacer ejercicio
Some very light yoga works for me and maybe a short walk but no you definitely don't want to go to the gym!
I’ve been fasting long enough that I can generally go to the gym and do my normal workout. You actually get a testosterone boost that helps you be able to stay active.
