He says what we’ve known all along - that we have an UNLIMITED supply of oil.

Yep, as the real name suggests, "hydrocarbons" are simply a combination of carbon & hydrogen atoms formed under a special set of conditions (pressure, temperature, etc) in the ground... and it is continuously being made in nature... always has been, always will be✌️
So where does it come from? Is there good documentation on the creation process?
